Trust and Estate Administration Attorney

Audrey Bernhardt is an attorney with considerable experience in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates as well as pension plans. She earned her J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and graduated from Boston University, B.A., cum laude, in political science.

For the five years prior to joining the Davidov Law Group, Audrey was an attorney at a prominent elder law and estate planning practice on Long Island.   Her prior work experience also includes a unique perspective on matters concerning ERISA – the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, having worked at the U.S. Department of Labor when ERISA was first enacted. As a result, she is well versed in how this law impacts retirement accounts and their distribution.

Audrey is admitted to practice in New York State. She is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs section and the Trust and Estates section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Nassau County Section of the New York Women’s Bar Association, as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
